Shall have a sound knowledge of current cardiovascular equipment. BUILDING INSPECTOR (1200 SR) – To check the facilities Buildings and report on the various maintenance works required to initiate work related to given plans, able to work independently or without supervision and can handle quite a number of people. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

DDC Technician (1200 SR) – Maintenance, Programming and Troubleshooting of the Honeywell System based on DGP1000, DGP1500, DDC (XL5000) TCP and related devices. 5 years experience. Diploma from Vocational Training School with major specialization in instrumentation, electrical or electronics maintenance.

ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (800 SR) – Inspection of Electrical Equipment to determine the extent of repairs required using test equipment such as voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, megger, etc. Repairing wiring systems, sets power, lighting boards and panels, disconnects motors and controls, test electrical equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and conforms to safety standards, rules and practices. 5 years and job experience in inspection of electrical equipments. Degree and/or licenses from college of vocational training center.

HOSPITAL MAINTENANCE TECH (1300 SR) – Must have (4) years of working experience in the repairs, troubleshooting and installation of hospital medical equipment. (e.g. Steam/Hot air /ETO Sterilization, Programmable patient beds, Programmable delivery/Operating tables. Programmable Dental chair/delivery system, automatic X-ray film processors, X-ray film duplicators, rotoclave, Centrifuges, Bacteria, Incubators, etc.) with specializing in electrical, electronic, mechanical or instrumentation. Most fluent in English. Able to read schematic diagram and can operate test and troubleshoot biomedical and electronic hospital equipment. Must be fully conversant with U.S. National Electrical Codes. Must have a valid light duty driving license. Must be able to read and understand schematic diagram and ability to identify spare parts. Must be fully conversant with NEC, JCIA, and related codes and standards. Must have Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation with full apprenticeship training.

AC TECHNICIAN (1000 SR) – Troubleshooting of HVAC to locate and rectify mechanical, electrical and instrument faults. 2 years Technical College Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration. Five years experience.

FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN (negotiable) – Should be able to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain various electronic and fire detection controls and devices.

PLUMBER (800SR) – plumbing repairs of Galvanized I steel, copper, PVC/CPVC and RTR pipes. Installation of plumbing fixtures and fittings.

LABORATORY TECHNICIAN (1500 SR) – Shall have seven (7) years work experience in a sewage treatment plant laboratory or at an industrial laboratory. Shall be able to perform complex tests on water, chemicals, sludge and shall be able to apply fundamentals of chemistry, Physics, Biology and Soil sciences. Shall be familiar with laboratory equipment and shall be able to perform simple repair and maintenance of laboratory equipments. Shall be fluent in written and oral English. Shall have a High School Certificate and a Diploma in Chemistry.

LIBRARY ATTENDANT (700SR) – Shall have knowledge of Dewey Decimal System, audio-visual services and basic computer operations such as Microsoft Windows Programs. Shall have associate degree in Library Science. Shall have had three (3) years experience in library service, including reference work and associated patron services. Work in an academic library or business library is preferred.

MACHINIST/MILL WRIGHT MECHANIC (1200SR) – Shall be able to troubleshoot and repair all kinds of hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical parts, roll-up doors, dock levelers, actuators, couplings, etc. Shall have an extent knowledge of overhauls, gearboxes, pumps, blowers, compressors and central A/C Chillers, condensers pneumatic valves etc. Shall have a Diploma in mechanical technology from a vocational training center.

SUPERVISING UTILITY SUPERVISOR (1100SR) – Shall have a good working knowledge and understanding of operating principles of water booster stations, water distribution systems, pressure control stations and sewage lift stations. Shall have five (5) years on job experience in directing operation and maintenance of water and sewage pumping stations and underground water distribution and sewage collection systems.

Overall in charge of various types of food preparation in the kitchen. Plan and implement various menus for the restaurant and special events.
