As I can understand you have 5 plots of 1200 hectares apiece or 6000 hectares in all. Each one of the 5 plots has its separate title and that you are selling by the title or 1200 hectares. I can have a propective buyer for one-1200 hectare plot here in Dubai but he will definitely be asking so many questions, that we understand.
If you can help me answer the most probable queries:-
May I ask if all of those 5 plots are serviced by that road shown in the photographs? Is there only one road? How far is it located from the national highway?
How about the river, is it also abutting each of those plots? Is the river part of the 1200 hectares or outside its perimeter? As we know, natural waterways are public domain. Can the water source in the river be controlled or at worse cut by those land owners upstream?
How much of the plots are of mountainous characteristic, 1200 hectares is roughly 1.1 square kilometers I believe. Is it possible to give a rough sketch of the location?
About the property tax, how many years has it been paid by the present owner? Is there any pending court case in those properties? May I know who is the present owner. Are there no other claims? Is it not being warranted by the Land Reform Program of the government if it is agricultural land?
Are there tenants or people residing inside the property? Does it straddle the Dumagat reservation area in any way?
I guess these would be do for the time-being. I wish you can find time to reply on these queries.
