My name is Jo, I am foreigner form Lebanon, and I am searching for lot,

So, about your lot (below), please advice the following, after I receive your reply, I will compare with other choices, if I liked, then I will send my layer, who will fix the selling process with you.

I know the low in Philippines about foreigners when they buy land, do not worry, I managed my self, I have a partner in Philippines, he is some one working with me abroad (a Pilipino), but you will deal only with me and with my layer, I have authorization later from the Pilipino.

You are request to clear all the items below, other wise, I will not select your lot, and I will not send my layer to you or give you his contact info, unless I selected the place,,,,,, for sure I will select more than 3 , then I will send my layer, then he/she will give me the results then I will select final choice, if any.

My queries (questions are);

1. Are you the owner or a broker?

1. I need the exact location on Google earth,  so , I can open Google and find the location exactly, if u r not familiar with Google earth, then give me exact place address, and I will search in internet, but I can not make any initial selection unless, I see the location of the place on the map, the address u mentioned in the web site is not enough, I tried to use it to get the location on Google earth and other maps but it is not working.

1. Taking pictures, from far distance……and other from near distance, different angles, will help me to take a decision, you can rent a camera from studio, not necessary you buy one, then take a pictures, much cheaper if you rent a digital cam, then no need to develop or scan the pictures.

1. I need to know, how much the maximum number of floors is allowed to be constructed in this lot.

1. How much the area, we can build the building over it of the offered lot.

1. The title name and the seller are the same, must be , or we will not buy, later I will ask you to scan and email to me the title , because it will be verified by my layer, if you wish to that now, it is up to you.

1. Taxes, will be shouldered by the seller ,,,,,,,,it is his/her responsibility.

1. Nil

1. Your best offer and discount ,,,,,,,because you will receive your money in cash……so, I need a disconnect.

1. Any other information, because I do not like any surprise, if ever I found some missing information at any moment, I will cancel the process of buying, even if I liked your lot.
