Customer Care Professional (Call Center agent)

Urgent need for CCPs for a a high paying international bank, inbound financial account, must have at least 6 months call center experience, strong communication skills, both written and oral, ability to multi-task; typing while listening, view multiple screen and systems, keep up to date with new procedures, must have a strong client focus mindset with moderate proficiencies in consulting/advising clients; answering inquiries and providing information and managing difficult situation with the customer; mortgage experience an advantage but not required. Hiring will be fr Sept 8-22 only, one day processing and successful candidate will immediately start in October. Job offer will depend on your call center background.
