RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain company-wide master project schedule.
  • Prepare reports for Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Prepare ‘what-if’ scenarios to help PMO to assess impacts of project changes or new opportunities on our existing workload commitments.
  • Regularly update schedules, resource requirements based upon inputs from Project Managers.
  • Attend status meetings.
  • Interact closely with PMO.

 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum two (2) years experience scheduling using MS Project or Primavera, or equivalent to schedule portfolios of projects.
  • Graduate of business, engineering or relevant courses.
  • Fundamental understanding of project management.
  • Ability to load and level resources on multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, resource load and update a project schedule.
  • Ability to analyze the master schedule, identify resource or schedule constraints and notify PMO for action.
  • Ability to handle multiple issues and remain focused on big picture.
  • Detail oriented (a person who is very good working with data).
