• Input the message.

How to check the signal strength of your bayanWIRELESS landline unit

Press 2384561*79#0
Press Options.
Select Hidden Menu.
Press OK.
Select Debug.
Select Rx dBm. Get the no. indicated.

* - 85 and below (ex. -86, -87, -88, etc.) means cannot guarantee indoor signal

Product Warranty

The warranty only covers factory defects in handset, battery and charger. The warranty includes product replacement and repair service for aggregate of one year. The warranty period begins on the activation date of the service. The replacement warranty covers factory defects within 3 months from date of service activation. Repair warranty, on the other hand covers factory defects beyond 3 months but not more than one year from date of service activation.

1. a photocopy of a Valid ID w/ signature
2. a photocopy of a latest Proof of Billing
3. Cash payment of the cost of the unit

We will contact you before delivery and you just pay when the delivery man delivers your unit.
