Hi. Thank you for inquiring. The Pencil and Paper Test (PPT) will be on November 16, 2008. That is the final batch for those who plan to take this year. Last submission of application is on October 16.
For the Computer Adaptive Test, CSC hasn't announced anything yet. I will keep you posted if ever there is an announcement already.

The Paper and Pencil Test is on November 16. However, the application is now closed.
For those who would prefer to take Paper and Pencil Test, your next chance will be next year.. around February perhaps.
The Computer Assisted Test will have another batch come December, according to Civil Service Commission but there is no announcement yet as to the exact date. The advantage of taking CAT is that the result will be released the same day you take the test. You take the exam in the morning, you will know the result in the afernoon.
Whereas, PPT will release its result 3-4 months since this is a nationwide exam.
For undergraduates, you can take the Sub Professional Level. Please inquire on Civil Service Commission to know the details further.
