issued to confirm your reservation. This will be deducted from your total amount due upon
purchase of your vehicle.3) FINANCING PROCEDURE

a) Duly fill up Application Form provided herewith and submit it to us for loanapplication processing.b) Provide us with a copy of the following:

1. Your latest Contract of Employment with Gross CompensationIn case of releasing/ delivery of unit in your absence, pls provide us2. A copy of your valid ID with picture and signature (eg. passport, driver'slicense etc)3. Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for your authorized representative dulynotarized by the Philippine Embassy located in the country where you are

- Initially fax the SPA to your Authorized Representative to present to us so we will know who to coordinate with here in the Phils.- Prior to the release of your vehicle, your Authorized Representative mustsubmit the originalFor special cases, in lieu of SPA - spouse here in the Philippines can now
issue AFFIDAVIT OF MARITAL CONSENT4. Copy of Proof of Remittances to Beneficiary - spouse or parent or relative(usually provided by your beneficiary / co-maker)5. Your Tax Identification Number (TIN) or that of your spouse or if single,your co-maker's TIN (usually a parent, a brother, a sister)6. Local Residence Certificate (Both)
