Yeah, block this ad. Although the scammer shall inevitably return in another guise. Just be wary of people who have confusing local/foreign addresses (Batangas Herefordshire UK for example) and have numbers in the UK. Add to that their annoying penchant for broken English.

That's a bit incorrect. Globe is the authorized seller of the 3G iphones in the Philippines. But it shouldn't prevent the others from buying unlocked units as there are really ones sold from the Apple store, say in Hong Kong. But be very wise in selecting from whom you will buy your phone.
