-Proficient in written and oral English
-Completed all 1st and 2nd yr college units in educational background (Third Year incoming or Third year undergraduate)
-At least 18 years old.

FAQs
1. Where is your company located?
Our call center's main branch is in Libis, Quezon City. But we do have branches in Makati, Mandaluyong, Alabang, Cebu and Pampanga. We also have a satellite RECRUITMENT branch at Davao.
2. Will I get to choose my schedule and my work location?
You will be assigned a schedule, could be night, mid or day shift depending on your account. Only in special cases will your Team Leader or Shift Leader will allow you to choose your schedule (Medical or Personal reasons with legal documents). Remember, your clients will most likely be Americans, so you have to adjust your schedule to their time.
Regarding the work location, Recruitments will assign you to the site which needs agents. But they will also consider which is nearest to you. If you're from Metro Manila, the site you will be assigned to will just be in Metro Manila.
3. Do you have part-time jobs?
As of now, since some programs are requiring more agents, we just accept full time employees. Will post an update as soon as I get info from HR regarding part time positions.
4. Is there an age limit for those who want to work as a call center agent?
NO AGE LIMIT. As long as you meet the requirements stated in my ad (proficient in English and completed all your 1st and 2nd year college units), you are very much qualified to apply.
5. Is there a chance for a 40 year old to be accepted? / Are fresh graduates welcome to apply even without a call center or work experience?
Everyone is given fair chances to apply in our company. The good thing about the call center industry is that there's no discrimination no matter what your age, sex, religion, etc, is.
6. What are the requirements for application?
Basic requirements for application are: proficient in English and completed all your 1st and 2nd year college units. All other requirements (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth etc) will be given for you to submit by HR, if you get the job offer.
7. Are there any pre-requisite training needed?
All necessary trainings will be given to you upon getting the job offer.
8. What subjects do I need to familiarize/ to review regarding my application in your company?
Just review your basic English grammar, pronunciation etc. A written exam will be given to those who qualified in their initial interview via phone.
