Bed space in Makati

Bedspace is only open to females. 1 room is available and each room can fit 2 persons. The bigger room with terrace is 5,500; small room is 4,000 for 2 persons, 3,500 if single occupant.  Inclusive of basic water and lights and clean bathroom (common CR) is located at the 1st floor. House/room is clean, newly built townhouse with gate and laundry area. Near Makati Pasong tamo PRC Mcdo and Jollibee, along Trabaho Street in Barangay Olympia.

I can provide free high speed internet connection to this room (Smart Broadband) but you must have a desktop/laptop with wireless LAN. (I have a wireless router).
-cable TV, ref, living room/sala, dining area available in the first floor
-Visitors are only allowed until 10PM in the evening
-We have to collect a fee for cooking for the gas, (only if you want to cook) or if you'll add appliance, you'll pay additional payments for these
-Sorry, strictly no smoking inside the house. You can do that outside if you want.
-INITIAL PAYMENT: 1 month deposit, 1 month advance

Room includes 1 Single Bed with Frame and Mattress/ 1 double deck bed
