Fresh Graduates of any business-related course
For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months recent experience in a call center
Strong PC, keyboard and internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to sell, cross sell, and up-sell company products to meet the customers’ needs
Ability to quickly absorb new information and must be adaptable to change
Technical Support Representative (20K UP)
Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four year college or university
At least 3 months experience in the call center industry from a technical account
For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 3 months experience in an international call center from a technical account
Strong customer service orientation
Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.
