Our company is currently hiring Call Center Agents for DAYSHIFT ACCOUNT. Position: Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)

Requirements:

1. Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in any field with 6 months and above call center experience and has been regularized.
2. Applicants must have strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
4. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
5. For undergraduates, must finish two years in college and must have at least 6 months call center experience.
6. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Position: Technical Support Representative (Day Shift)

1. BE (Comp Sc) / BTech (Comp Sc), BSc Comp, BCA, or any Graduate with at least 3 months prior work experience in a Tech Support Voice based process would be desirable.
2. Very Good Technical knowledge of Operating systems.
3. Excellent customer service skills with good voice and listening comprehension
4. Must have strong communication skills in English.
5. Strong commitment and drive for results.
6. Must be disciplined, influencing and a team player.
7. For undergraduates, must finish two years in college and must have at least 6 months call center experience.
