i don't know how this works. meaning thru pag-ibig. I can start paying 5,500 a month only? no lump sum payment? ready for occupancy once payment started?
the system will be like this:
-you will choose the unit u want, once u have decided, you need to pay the reservation fee specified by the developer (it will also be deducted from the TCP). After paying it, you can now pay the equity or downpayment. it's either installment. Duration depends on the no. of months specified again by the developer. You can pay it cash also. then after that, you have to furnish all the necessary documents needed for the house loan. The agent will give a list of the documents. after you furnished it, they will pass it on to pag-ibig for evaluation and approval of the said loan. Once it got approved, your agent will inform you. then monthly amortization will start. Monthly amortization depends on the TCP of the house and lot you took.
If you're not a pag-ibig member, you can go to the Pag-ibig Makati office (justin building) for membership. You also need to go to Pag-ibig Atirum Building also in Makati to attend their seminar for housing loan. From there, they will give you the MSVS, also an important document needed to be submitted to your agent.

di ko lng po sure n pwede macancel un. pro i think, it will not be cancelled anymore. and the fact po n kapag my ganyang mga situation, di n po kayo uli mkkpagloan s pag-ibig. mgbabank-financing n po kayo. kaya po advise nila s seminar n b4 kayo kumuha ng house dpt ung 100% sure n po n un tlg ang gusto nyo.

Hi! isa po akong OFW. nais ko sanang mag avail ng housing . if ever po na di ko ipapasok ng pag ibig bale ipappsok ko sya for housing finace ano ano po b ang requirements and sabay ko po ng bababyaran yung equity nya at tsaka yun g monthly ammortization nya kung sabay po kc medyo mabaigayty po ang hulugan . pero if ever na p-ag natapos npo yung equity dun palng mag start po b yung bayaran pra sa 5 years amoorttizxation period..
At kung sa pag ibig ko nmn po sya ipapsok , sure po ba na ma aaprove ng pag ibig yung houising loan nmin kc diba mag start na kming mag bayad ng equity sa bahay na kukunin nmin if ever pona ma deny ng pag ibig yung housing loan nmin pano po yung mangyayrinsa binabayad nmin na equity pwde po b nming ituloy yun thru 5 years housing finance..
ilang months po ba kung sakaling pong mabayarn ng buo yung equity iulang months po b bago maka move in sa bahay??
isa pang katanungan , being on OFW member nag advance payment npo ako sa pag ibig till 2011 for 2 years contribution pra mka avail ng housing loan sa pag ibig .. i gagrant nb ng pag ibig yung contributio ko khit na advance n syang bayran
