A. JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Team Managers, the primary objective of the Agent position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner on every call as measured by Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Long-term Investor Value
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to incoming customer billing inquiries by following techniques provided and approved by training.
• Effectively handle incoming customer call/e-mail inquiries within established periods.
• Basic comprehension of Microsoft subscription services and familiar in a Windows-based environment
• Introductory understanding of e-mail programs, DUN – Dial-up Network, Control Panel, Internet Properties, Modems and network Components.
• Track and report processes aimed at identifying specific service issues resulting in quick resolution of identified issues.
C. QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least a High School Graduate
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Can type at least 25 words per minute
• Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Computer Literate and Internet Savvy
