A. On-the-Day Coordination (1-2 months before wedding)
Meetings with suppliers shall be set up by the couple.
Planners are not required to attend meetings with the suppliers.
The couple may request a meeting per month prior to the day of the wedding, excluding the meetings for Wedding Day Planning and Coordination. 4coordination and Wedding Hosting
Purchasing materials for the wedding shall be the responsibility of the couple

C. Full Coordination Planning (6-12 months before wedding)

Ulimited no. of meetings , starts from the Date of Contract signing
Includes On-the-day services
Presentation of supplier options (A-Z), with comparative analysis.
Conceptualize the wedding statement in consultation with the couple
To help find a suitable reception & church for the wedding that would fit the budget & proximity of the place to guests & relatives.
Present a detailed budget allocation based on the couple's specific wedding requirements
Advise couple on the legal and documentary aspects of the wedding
Schedule of Itinerary / Timetable for the Event Day
To guide the bride & groom in their schedule of activities for the wedding
Advise couple on the creative and practical aspects of the wedding
Submit to the couple a list of original ideas derived from the planning process
Recommend 2 to 3 suppliers for each wedding requirement
