The  HEALTHY QUITCHEN is basically all about a diet designed by Dr. Agatston to address the cardiovascular conditions of his patients, this is the south-beach diet. Undoubtedly, it resulted to an even greater discovery about how our body could function better and be more efficient. Our body needs to be like a well oiled machine in order  to  work  properly.  Proper circulation of the blood and other fluids are necessary, and  proper chemistry is needed as well. The third phase of the diet is the last part that once you get to this point, the plan actually becomes natural for you and you can have normal food in normal servings.  By  then  you’ll  feel free to forget the South Beach Diet, as long as you remember  to  live by  its few  basic rules,  and  that’s quoting the doctor himself.
