unfortunately we only have one center which is here in Kawit, Cavite. It's P600 for 40 hours. We also offer 10 days OJT in our center for P600. After the class room training and OJT, you'll receive 2 certificate which is one for the class room training and one for ojt certificate.

Meron bang age limit for being a call center agent?

Hi there mariom! The only age limit to get hired in a callcenter is that you must be at least 18 years old. We have training this comming November 9, 2009 and we still have some remaining slot for you. For more info, please call 484-5952 and look for Yogie or Kent.

Please let me think. The training will take for how many days and how much? Do you have sure job assistance once I have finished the training and past the OJT?

Hi! Once you undergo our training, it has 3 sets of training. Week 1 is Communication Skills and Accent Neutralization Training. Week 2 is Customer Service and Selling SKills. Week 3-4 is the OJT (inbound/ outbound) and Job Seeking Skills Training. Before we endorse applicants to our call center partners, we make sure that they pass the training with a grade of 80%. If the trainee failed, we provide coaching and retraining for free until the participant passed the grade of 80%. We want to make sure that all our participants will make it to get a job in a call center industry whether it's Inbound, Outbound or Nonvoice Representative. We've been working since Feb. 2007 and we're proud to say that 80% of our trainees get the job they want either in a call center or in an office setting job. We offer rigorous training. The participants must apply what they have learned in our training center. We provide Job Assistance not Job Placement since we are only a training center.

Hi there. The training we offer now is a 5 weeks call center training. (Week 1 and 2 - Class Room Training and Week 3 - 5 is On the Job Training (Hands on). The registration fee is only PHP1,500 all in all. The training includes the Module, ID Access, CD Files and Job Assistance after the training. During the OJT, you will be trained how to work like a call center agent were you will experience live calls handling inbound and outbound calls.


Our class for Dec 2009 is on December 7 (12pm) and December 21 (12pm)

The class room training schedule is Monday - Saturday from 12PM - 6PM

For the OJT, schedule will be given once you pass the Basic Skills Training.
