Please use the complete name of the item. As you can see, I am selling many kinds of wheelchairs, hospital beds, supports, etc. The reason I request that you be as specific as possible so that we can be clear on what you are asking about. This way, I can answer your questions more easily and thoroughly.

Please read the advertisement carefully. All items I am selling are brand new, unless specified to be second hand/used.

PICKUP, SHIPPING and DELIVERY OPTIONS:

I. PICK UP

(for all items, big or small)

You may pick up the item at our store in Banawe, Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am to 5pm or my house in Rosario, Pasig City (Mondays to Sundays, 9am to 8pm)

II. SHIPPING/DELIVERY OF BIG ITEMS

(Wheelchairs, hospital beds, assistive devices, etc. or those that will not fit into a 12”x16” or 8”x10” plastic pouch)

A. WITHIN METRO MANILA

I can deliver within Metro Manila, delivery charge depends on the location.

• P500.00 - San Juan, Makati, Manila (some areas), Mandaluyong, Quezon City (some areas)

• P800.00 - Caloocan, Pasay, Marikina, Taguig, Manila (some areas), Quezon City (some areas)

• P1,000.00 - Las Pinas, Malabon, Muntinlupa, Navotas, Paranaque, Pateros, Valenzuela

B. PROVINCE

(i.) LBC - I ship via LBC which is usually next day delivery for cities, or 2-3 working days for some hard to reach places. The charge is P70 per kilo, around 3% of value for insurance. This is only an estimate though, as the price may change upon actual shipping. Please confirm with me first.

(ii.) Customer’s preferred courier

**Some provinces (especially in Luzon) have buses that pass through their area. I can send the item to the bus station here in Metro Manila (additional charge of P200 for Cubao stations), have it loaded into the bus and the customer can pick up the item at the bus station in their area. Please give me the bus operator and I can inquire for you.

**If you have your own preferred courier, please give me the name and contact number and I can inquire for you.

III. SHIPPING OF SMALL ITEMS

(Those that will fit into a plastic pouch)

A. NO DELIVERIES

Sorry, I do not deliver small items such as BP monitors, Theraband, etc. I will only ship via Xend or Air21.

B. WITHIN METRO MANILA

(i.) For small items that will fit into a 8”x10” plastic pouch, I ship via Xend. The charge is P50.

(ii.) For bigger items that will not fit into a 8”x10” but will fit into a 10”x16” plastic pouch, I ship via Air21. The charge is P120.

C. PROVINCE

(i.) For small items that will fit into a 8”x10” plastic pouch, I ship via Xend. The charge is P90.

(ii.) For bigger items that will not fit into a 8”x10” but will fit into a 10”x16” plastic pouch, I ship via Air21. The charge is P160.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

For people who will have the item delivered, or pick up, strictly cash only, no personal checks please.
