Product Warranty

The warranty only covers factory defects in handset, battery and charger. The warranty includes product replacement and repair service for aggregate of one year. The warranty period begins on the activation date of the service. The replacement warranty covers factory defects within 3 months from date of service activation. Repair warranty, on the other hand covers factory defects beyond 3 months but not more than one year from date of service activation.
