4. Kailan Puede Lumipat - Construction of the house and land development is ongoing now. For Pag-ibig Financing - after full payment of equity and Pag-ibig loan take out (Pag-ibig has paid the developer). Estimated time in loan processing is 3-4 mos after submission of full documents.
5. Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO) - Sometimes, there are ready for occupancy units. Full equity must be paid and loan has been taken-out by Pag-ibig before Buyer can move-in or transfer to the unit. 12.) Postdated checks: Developer will give a Bank Referral Letter so Buyer can open a checking account. Only Php5,000 needed to open an account.
