Masonry works reach 90 percent at Grand Soho Makati Interior and exterior masonry works are 95 percent and 90 percent completed, respectively, at Grand Soho Makati. Waterproofing has been fully completed in the balconies, while 50 percent has been accomplished for the roof deck. Toilet and bath protection topping has reached the 36th floor and is 90 percent complete. The smooth finish topping in the balconies are also on the same floor and is 85 percent complete. Wall and ceiling framing are in progress at the 25th to the 30th floors. Painting works, including the interior first coating, are on going at the 6th to the 10th floors. Toilet and bath tiles are being installed at the 9th and 10th floors. GSM is a joint venture project of Century Properties Inc. and the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB). Its construction manager is Nova Construction & Development, while its architectural designer is Roger Villarosa Architects and Associates.
