yes i will help you out. regarding the tax form, use w-8 form. you will need to mail or fax it to them but not now. you can do it later when you are near your minimum payout.

then you will see your payment in alertpay/paypal whichever you chose. buxp takes 5-30 days to transfer payment and neobux is instant.
