A. General Transcription (American English/Filipino)

Audio Type 1:
-recording with single person speaker or standard one on one conversation in digital format, standard cassette or video format.

I. Standard Rate
- 1 hour total of audio file duration in 2-3 working days at US$0.42 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
II. Rush Rate
-1 hour total of audio file duration in 1-2 working days at US$0.84 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
III. Package Rate
-minimum of 5 hours total audio file duration at US$0.32 per minute (inclusive of proofreading with editing); 7 working days per 5 hours total of audio file duration.

Audio Type 2:
Any recording with a total of three persons speaking
Audio file with significant noise in the background.
Audio file with voices that are difficult to understand (i.e. poor recording, soft voices, etc.)

I. Standard Rate
-1 hour total of audio file duration in 2-3 working days at US$0.53 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
II. Rush Rate
-1 hour total of audio file duration in 1-2 working days at US$1.00 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
III. Package Rate
-minimum of 5 hours total audio file duration at US$0.42 per minute (inclusive of proofreading with editing); 10 working days per 5 hours total of audio file duration.

Audio Type 3:
Any recording with 4 or more speakers
Presentations dealing with highly technical terminology or very thick accent.
Recording involving panel discussions, focus groups, conferences, seminars with multiple participants.

I. Standard Rate
-1 hour total of audio file duration in 2-3 working days at US$0.63 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
II. Rush Rate
-1 hour total of audio file duration in 1-2 working days at US$1.26 per minute; inclusive of proofreading with editing.
III. Package Rate
-minimum of 5 hours total audio file duration at US$0.53 per minute (inclusive of proofreading with editing); 12 working days per 5 hours total of audio file duration.

B. Handwritten Manuscript Transcription
I. Standard Rate
-US$2.00 per PDF page

II. Package Rate
-minimum of 10 PDF pages in 2 working days at US$1.50 (2 working days per 10 PDF pages).

*PDF files with poor visual quality and/or rush basis has an extra charge of US$1 per  page.

C. Proofreading With Editing (English/Filipino)
I. Standard Rate
-US$0.43 per page; turnaround time depends on the number of pages.
