1. what are the requirements for this job?
>> as long as you think you have the above qualifications, then you can apply for this job. other requirements like documents, clearances etc will be needed once you get hired.

2. were there any trainings needed before i could apply?
>> necessary trainings will be given once you get hired or before you are hired (if in case you need language trainings)


3. i previously applied for this company but i was not hired, can i re-apply?
>> previous applicants may re-apply after 6 months.

4. im still studying in college, can i apply as a call center agent?
>> as long as you have finished your units for two years or at least 3rd year college or graduated w/ vocational course, you may apply.

5. is there any age limit/requirement?
>> anyone who is 18 years old and above are qualified to apply.

6. Are there any job opening for high school graduates?
Unfortunately, job openings are only for college graduates/levels ( at least 3rd year college)or those who had finished vocational courses.


7. If I send my information to you by text or email, does it mean i will get the job offer?
NO. Sending you information to me is just the initial application process. I will forward it our Employee Referral HR and then they will call you for the initial phone interview, if you pass that, you will be asked to come personally to our office for the written exam and final interviews. If you passed all these, that is the time you will get the job offer or contract signing.

8. Can I apply if Im outside the Philippines?
As I have said, you will be asked to come to our offices for written exam once you passed the initial phone interview. These sites are located in the Philipines so I think it will be not be possible to those who are not here unless you are willing to travel from another country for the application.

9. Is there a company bond?
Yes, but details of this will be discussed during contract signing or if you get the job offer.

10. Will you be the one to call me after I send my information to you?
NO, As i have mentioned, all information sent to me are forwarded to our HR. Once they receive it, they will the one to take care of your application process. This Advertisement is just for the purpose of informing you about job openings at ETELECARE and at the same time, to refer you to our HR to start you application process.

11. I did not receive any phone call, its been one week already, or more than a week, what will I do?
Please contact me immediately so I can do a follow up. BUt please make sure that you had kept your lines open because sometimes other applicants did not receive any phone calls because their phone were turned off or sometimes they Missed the calls.

12. Etel tried to contact me but I missed the call, what shall I do?
Same as above, notify me as well or just wait for the second phone call.

13. What is the job description?

Since Etelecare is a Call center Company, basically you will be a call center agent either in Customer Serve (inbound) Sales, (outbound) or Technical Support (TSR) or sometimes combiantion of one the three. Futher job descriptions will be discussed once you get hired and ready to undergo training.

 Im already 3 years in the company. im also a call center agent in customer service and as an employee we can refer other people who are looking for a job.
