Q: When will a particular studio or room be available?

A: As soon as we know we will post it here.

Q: Does it have its own private toilet & bath / CR?

A: Yes our S.I.R. STUDIO APARTMENTS do have there own toilet & bath. While S.X. & SIX have shared bathrooms.

Q: Are the S.I.R. STUDIO APARTMENTS & S.X. & SIX ROOMS good for couples?

A: Yes they are.

Q: Are the S.I.R. STUDIO APARTMENTS & S.X. & SIX ROOMS solo / private?

A: Yes they are for solo / private. Meaning you may choose to have a roommate or not. Most of our studios & rooms are designed for 2 occupants unless specified.

Q: Is cooking allowed?

A: Cooking is allowed with an electric stove at S.I.R. At S.X. & SIX cooking is allowed in the common kitchen. 

Q: Do you have parking available?

A: Yes we do. Parking in our lot w/ guard is 1200 / monthly.

Q: Do you allow pets?

A: Yes aquarium pets only.

Q: Are persons below 18 allowed?

A: We are an all adult community.

Q: Are guest allowed inside S.I.R., S.X. & SIX? 

A: Yes but they must present a valid ID with a picture and register with security or supervisor. Some restrictions apply.

Q: Are there curfew hours?

A: We do not have a curfew in order to accommodate the nightshift employees.

Q: When can we view the units and/or rooms?
