• Fund or load your account. You can't pay someone if you don't have money in your wallet, can you? You may fund your PAYFREE several ways:
  • Deposit to any of the ff. PayFree checking accounts. After making the deposit, email support@payfree.com.ph the details of your deposits (your PayFree userID, amount, bank and branch):

  • Instead of going to the bank everytime you fund, do online transfers instead. You need to enroll your account to online banking, then enroll any of the PayFree checking accounts as your Third Party or Target account. You can do this online but some banks require that you print the enrolment confirmation page and submit to your bank branch (you only do this once). To avoid charges, choose the same Payfree bank as your bank (choose BDO if your bank is BDO, choose Metro if your bank is Metro, etc). Final approval from your bank may take days. Once enrolled in online banking, you may also do ATM transfer.

As soon as the transfer is made, email support@payfree.com.ph the details of your transfer (your PayFree userID, amount, & bank).
