Manual Lymphatic Draining is the gentlest massage.  This applies very light pressure because it works on the lymphatic system which is just beneath the skin.  This may be light, but indeed very potent!  One hour of MLD has more benefits than three hours of Swedish Massage.  Among its benefits are boost to the immune system, bone repair, skin toning, total relaxation, detoxification, slimming, etc.  Do not be deceived by the lightness of MLD… it is more power-packed than you think!  Give it a try.
