If buying: Our selling price is 2.9M pesos. Move in with 1.9M pesos and assume the balance of 1M pesos.

If renting-to-own: The monthly rent is 50,000 pesos in 6 years and 6 months. Post dated checks are required to cover the entire period of the rent to own contract. The rental fee is exclusive of the monthly condominium association dues of 1,897.50 and monthly electric, water, and parking bills.
