Skin. .. . wala yung VGN-SZ73B sa list pero makikita mo sya sa Japanese Support. Then, hirap kasi nihonggo ang mga nakasulat... waaaaahhhhhhhh!

Try the drivers na rin sa link.  Same sila ng chip.  I don't know kung pareho ng board.

What driver exactly are you looking for (Video , Sound, IDE, ...)? 

If you need the video driver download the driver from nvidia's site.  I believe your laptop has a NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400.  Verify this.  You can download the video drivers from nvidia's site.
