I don't think this is legal. You can not put up a gambling tables.

Explain the line "o sa India, dinidyos yan ha." - I am confused on what you are trying to say here.

Now, to better explain what I am trying to imply here:

- You own the restaurant, you do not promote nor is your business gambling. But let's say you have some customers (20 of them, each one with cash) and they are willing to spend Php 500 in food and drinks per person everytime they go to your place.

Over time, they become your friends, and they are your strong customers.

- If you do not agree to what they are doing, then you might as well tell them, but you will lose Php 10,000 everytime they would have gone to your place. 

- Let's make this more interesting, without them, you only earn Php 2,500. Your break even is Php 5,000

It is something you discourage, yes. But let's say you are in a situation where you need to choose between closing your business or letting them go on with their vice in your place, what would you do?

It is an interesting moral dilemma, I want you to rethink this.

Why am I asking? Consider this a challenge to your intellect and morals. How strong are your morals? Is it even morally wrong to allow gambling compared to putting up a gambling business.

Is gambling only moral if you can afford it?

Doesn't gambling happen everywhere? Even at many houses? Ever heard of poker nights? People would bet money.

What if main intention is not to gamble, but to just spend time with friends? What if their bets range between Php 50 to Php 500 each? Would it change your stance?

Do you strictly adhere to no gambling or do you have certain exceptions?

Have you gambled? If you have, and yet do not allow others to gamble, wouldn't you be called a hypocrite?

Let's try to twist each other's mind even further

- The gamblers are certain government officials who could give you more trouble than its worth if you do not let them play

Now, the question is, are your morals strong enough to withstand the challenge of stopping them? Are there loopholes that would not make gambling morally wrong?

You applied for a business restaurant and your business is food right? Then so be it, but if you would like to cater for gambling, then you have to apply for gambling application and you have to cater another group of customers, but there is no such.  And to put in your mind that gambling here in the Philippines is regulated, yes you can see those informal type, but at any instance they can be apprehended if authorities will insist.  Your restaurant to be is a public place, you dont do something that is regulated and given proper place into a place that will affect minor and nearby community.  Lest it will turned out a gambling den, turned restaurant, and whose monkeying around?
