It could be yes or no..... it depends on what kind of electronics we are talking about..... but generally speaking,   electronics like computers,  Tv's,  camera's,  radio's,  the general electronic gadgets for public consumers..... iyan ay madaling maluma at ma out of style.... the moment you buy one today,  tommorow there will be a new one coming up the market and you can not sell it to re coupe the money you spent...... it is not considered an investment but rather expenditures for a little comfort or needs or maybe a little luxuries.....
Now...... there are electronics that are out of the ordinary,   not for general public consumptions,   stuff that are Industrial in Nature.... iyong mga bagay na makikita sa mga Planta....  or doon sa mga Military installations.... or doon sa mga Subways.... etc...etc.... Industrial Types....  iyon ay mga items na ginagamit sa mga lugar na sinabi ko,   for the reason of Improvements of system,   or maybe up grade of system,   or maybe modification of existing system...... all for the reason of developments.... so they consider this as an investment that they are hoping to improve their system so they can make profit out of that changes or modifications.....  But this investment could be profitable or not.... at ito ay naluluma din.... if it works the way you expect it,   then, you make profit out of your investment.... emoticon
