Okay lang na mag-agency ka muna kung after so many times eh hindi ka makakuha ng work na direct hire. Basta ba yung a-apply-an mo eh related sa course mo otherwise sa call center ka na dahil maayos-ayos naman ang starting. Pagkatapos ng contract, apply ka na ng direct hire kasi may ilalagay ka na sa resume mo na experience. Noon ang alam kong cut is about 20%... matagal na yun.

Basta malaking recruiting agency at alam mo ang magiging kaltas sa iyo. Pero ingat lalo't bagong graduate ka may mga agency na nagsasamantala. Kunwari bibigyan ka ng mataas ng posisyon sa kompanya nila iyon pala pabebentahan ka lang ng kung ano ano na mahirap ibenta at wala sa presyo mga produkto. Maraming ganyan.
