Hindi ko pa na-try pero please take note na income tax lang sila exempt for a certain period (5 years yata???)... pero hindi exempt sa VAT, withholding tax, municipal/city tax, etc...
Yung income tax pinamimigay ng government kasi alam nila na napakaliit na percentage ng business ang lumalagpas ng 5 years... experts says if lumagpas ka na ng 5 years in operation medyo matatag ka na.
madalas pa naman, during the first year palugi pa, labas ng labas ng capital, so balewala yung free income tax kasi lugi pa nga at that time, then second year medyo break even, at kapag break even, supposedly wala ding income tax na bayaran, then third year pagka talagang gumagana pa yung business, eh medyo dun lang kikita, pero sa case ng mga computer shops, on the third year halos you need to upgrade your units at halos laos na at di na tatakbo ng maganda/di na competitive so gastos pa rin, if ever, liit lang talaga kita, liit lang din income tax na ma avail.
