ALIVE - ALLIANCE IN MOTION (AIM) GLOBAL CONTROVERS

While on its youthful age, the company is now placed under hot waters so that if this controversy is not addressed nor completely ignored it will lead to the company’s annihilation from the Philippine market and a total disarray of all its members in the multi-level sales networking.
The very source of this dispute can be traced back to the strong outrage of some millionaires in the company for the latter’s failure to render what is due to them, that is, their company profit sharing of 2% which is an integral part of the company’s excellent acclaimed marketing plan. To their dismay, these people had been finding ways and means to source out more income by endorsing another product to their genealogical hierarchy within AIM Global. More so, their grievances are spelled out in a form of unfounded accusations against the company’s management and these have spread throughout the entire organization and infected in the same manner of an AH1N1 virus the minds of the distributors.
It is to our surprise that our uplines who are Global Ambassadors and Gold Executives of the company under the lineage of these concerned millionaires had in strongest terms advice us to freeze our recruitment because of the following accusations they advanced against the company as follows:
1. That the AIM Global is sinking and is soon to close;
2. That the AIM Global failed to pay its percentage tax and now is in the hot list of the BIR;
3. That Isko Moreno, one of AIM Global’s directors, and other company’s strong personalities had already left the company.
4. That AIM Global did not pay the 2% GA’s profit sharing from the very start in the amount of P 30 million;
5. That the contract of AIM Global with Nature’s Way is not 30 years but only 1 year;
6. That there are now many black markets producing fake products that would serve as our competitors in the market; and
7. That the market would prefer Alive products directly coming from Nature’s Way, Utah as they are cheaper compared with those exclusively distributed by AIM Global.
On our part, this is a very shocking and alarming information and development. But we know these are products of an “overnight” brainstorming during their series of meetings while they were in Manila. It is more prudent to stay objective and to seek for further investigation. It is right and proper to open ourselves to the explanations of the management on these issues in order to have a just and fair game.
Nowadays, these concerned millionaires of the company had crafted marketing strategies that would eventually put the company in inevitable destruction. One is the pushing of the product, other than that of AIM Global, using the Business Centers as their outlets or vehicles. Since they owned the Business Centers or it is under their lineage, it would be easy for them to tap the AIM Global network by directly convincing any distributor visiting the Business Center to shift to the other company. We find these overt gestures of publicly recruiting us to another product and company as something “unethical” and it shows a conflict of interests and a gross disloyalty to the Company no matter what would be their justifications. The requirements for BCO operators provide, among others, that the operator must have an “unquestionable integrity” and “must not be currently involved with any network or Direct Selling Business other than AIM Global Inc.”
Another strategy is the making of volume purchases by these concerned millionaires, which they themselves termed it as “kamada.” The major implication on this system is that there is hoarding of products in the Business Centers they owned and the company monthly sales would be affected as it would turn out as irregular. Moreover, this would completely destroy the pay plan of the company by withholding the pin codes for each blister pack (which we ought to have for every purchase), encode them under their accounts, to the jeopardy of the unilevel sales of the small distributors. These BCOs have not released pin codes for the blister packs for several months already since February 2009 and they claimed it’s the fault of the management by not sending them these pin codes.
We need to clean this mess the soonest possible time for a single goal, that is, to save the company. Consequently, we are sending these suggestions to the directors to their fullest attention. Truly, we would sense we are vindicated if the Company to the fullest extent of its prerogative may give its kindest attention on the following:
1. That the directors should come up with their position paper citing their explanation on these aforementioned accusations and have them disseminated nationwide. You owe that to us. Your statement is very urgent and vital in maintaining the image and prestige of the company in the market today and in the future.
2. That the Company must use its iron hand in showing its drastic recourse against certain groups or genealogical hierarchies within the company who are promoting other products while still connected with AIM Global to preserve the image of the Company. Should the Company believe that the only way to preserve the thousands of people trusting and believing its products is to sacrifice the self-serving interest of these few persons concerned, then the Company must necessarily impose stern disciplinary action even to the extent of raising these issues in the courts of law;
3. That the Company directors should make a caravan visit to all these Business Centers nationwide owned or under the lineage of these concerned millionaires. They themselves should conduct a personal investigation at the BCO level and whenever breach of contract stipulations between AIM and BCO are found, then termination of the BCO’s franchise must be legally worked out.
4. That the Company should make action against any of the AIM Global members whatever would be his/her stairstep, who are promoting product other than that of AIM Global, to have their accounts in the AIM Global Data Tracking Center be blocked out.
We do not want this issue to be romanticized. But we felt the need to have it published in this form in order to get the attention of the directors and come up with concrete steps to iron out these problems; for without this, we believe the management could not properly act on the matter.
This is done all for the purpose of unveiling the truth and protecting the rights of many people involved. Our concern here is that if these millionaires and their Business Centers are trying to protect their millions and investments, we the non-millionaires to the best we could are trying as well to protect our reputation from our downlines. It is now a fight between the vice of greediness for money and the virtue of having a word of honor.
The assurance of support from the Company’s directors will challenge each and every one of us to take seriously this urgent call, that is, to save the company amidst these trials and to keep the dreams of the distributors Alive!
