Windows 7

In the US, when you purchase a computer now you are eligible for a free Windows7 upgrade.
Don't know yet if they'll do it via online or just sending you a disc.
Windows7 is expected late 3rd Quarter or early 4th Quarter of 2009.
Some are saying "October", others... "sooner than that".

Also dunno what's the time frame para dyan sa Pinas.

The Touch Screen feature is already available in Windows Media Center. The only thing that's missing is the Touch Glass Screen. HP have been selling desktops and a laptop with that for awhile now. Even Dell has a notebook with that capability too.
