anu ang gagawin mo sa mag agents/brokers na manunulot?

just want to share lang po my not so good experience kanina lang, may kausap ako buyer's around 4pm, nagmeet kami at nagtripping, tapos nakapalagayan ko siya ng loob kasi she's my kababayan pala and she know my immidiate relative sa province namin, then while nasa location kami ng property someone called her "the agent/broker na meet nya earlier nag updates siguro" then the broker ask if saan na siya dahil meron pa siya ipakikita daw na house ulet, but my client's and now one of my hundred's friends hehehehe...  sinabi niya sa broker na un na nakahanap na cya ng house that will suit to her taste, binanggit din niya sa kausap niya yung location... but that so 'called broker" or shall i say "maninira" eh nagsalita ng kung anu-anu regarding the property and location... and he even ask my name pa dun sa clients ko....  kaya po ang ginawa ko to make sure na mali ang sinsabi ng broker na un, naglakad lakad talaga kami within the subdivision to ask some important details like, water, flood, security and everything while waiting for the house owner. and we found out naman na there is nothing wrong dun sa mga pinagsasabi ng broker...
  

my question is, dapat ko bang pagsabihan yung broker na yun? he is not doing his job and he is so unprofessional! at isa pa hindi siya marunong maging sport di bah?
kilala ko siya, he is 20 years older than me... and im thinking what's the right approach ang dapat ko gawin, actually kasi marami ng sabi sabi regarding sa ugali niya. at napatunayan ko true pala! well im sure di siya makatingin sa akin ng diretso ngayon! hehehe!
