pasay ang business ko, renewal ng business permit cost me Php 6,000+ samantalang ang gross income ko for last year eh almost P 90,000 lang since august 2009 na kami nagstart. Tapos may nirerequire pa na insurance that costs Php 1,300. Last year nung new application kami sinabihan kami na wag na magbayad ng insurance dahil small business lang talaga kami, just wanted to make it legal para walang hassle. Share naman kung magkano more or less ang cost ng renewal ng permit sa city niyo for comparison purposes.

i dont think i would listen to people suggesting that you do not have to get insurance. its a requirement which has a purpose not only to make profits. ours is much bigger than your fees sir. but i think it is not just based on your gross income.

i've seen your ads and i think you're into leasing/ renting real estate. and for such business, i think you really need an insurance. don't you think it also depends on the kind of business? and how about requiring us to get the insurance with them? they said that we are not allowed to get insurance from other insurance companies aside from them, we're willing to get the insurance sir, we just wanted to make sure that the money will really provide us coverage instead of going into their pockets.

Public Liability Insurance.

I understand if you are selling something like cars or equipments or anything that is mechanical..... anything can happen and people could get hurt or property could be damaged,   in that case talagang kailangan nga ang Liability Insurance..... pero kung ang tinda ko ay mga clothings,   shoes,   beddings,   and most of general merchandise...?   do you think this is needed ???   baka naman kapritso lang ito ng mga taga City Hall.....
