Attrition : Solution For A Network Builders

Ive been starting to post my suggestions to this forum and i enjoy doing that.
Now it is your turn. Let me hear your intelligent opinions...

How to minimize or probably stop of your network attrition?
Attrition is slow destruction of your networks.
Para mas malinaw, 30% natitira sa network (active) , 70% tapon (non active)

I guess this one of the main problems of network builders nowadays,
thats why they jump from one company to another,
of course they are builders it is easy for they to create a new empire.
But i dont see myself doing that in years to come, i dont like that lifestyle.

thanks bro, i believe isa ito sa mga solution...

para mabawasan ang attrition rate wag pilitin mga tao na sumali. tapos yon mga kasali na always build them up to be leaders and make them feel as though they are part owners of the company

I think maiiwasan ang attrition if the group sees value sa upline. Value in a way na may matututunan sila, from how to develop themselves to be leaders to concrete ideas on how to run their own business.

Minsan kasi, nawawala ang momentum ng isang tao if he/she doesn't know what to do, yung tipong feeling mo you're lost tapos wala pang support from the upline, cguro that's the worst thing na nakakapagpabagsak ng isang grupo.

Constant communication also, hindi matatawaran ang power nun to maintain kahit anong relationship especially in business...

<yap, big no no ang pagpilit sa mag tao sa pagsali lalo na kung wala naman silang pangarap, yuyng tipong sasali pero gusto kikita kahit walang gawin, for sure hindi sila tatagal, ang later will quit,>

and i think hindi talaga ito totally maiiwasan. unless team looks at it, the same way as you do.
