Natapos ko na po ang position paper ko declaring the positions ng dalawang tauhan ko na redundant,
masakit gawin ang ganito sa ibang tao ngunit kung nagmamalabis na ay dapat akong umaksiyon,
kasabay rin nito ay ang challenge sa pamunuan ng aming office to declare my position redundant.
Doing so, we shall have a fresh start, a new mandate and a clear direction.
Guide me oh Lord for my endeavor.
Protect the source of my livelihood and income.

declaring the position of my two lieutenants redundant,

Sorry Lord but have to terminate them with graceful exit declaring their position redundant.
