my best investment so far happened in mutual funds, when I invested some funds in year 2005 and the fund grew by 60% in 2007. :)

LOT --- 52k lang nabili.. now 1.7M na bentahan... pero di ko ibenta. kasi wala ko matitirhan or paptaasin ko pa. hehehe

same here! pag laki nila kahit wala na ako may naiwan ako sa kanila na kahit sinong tao di mananakaw..at yung mag resign na lang ako para ma supervise ko sila malaking investment para sa akin kahit di ako ang mismong nag aalaga sa kanila atleast nakikta ko pa rin sila...

Sa ngayon ang health ko ang the best investments I ever had. For our ultimate retirements, I have several Condo units in the Metro and a hostel in Baguio for rental.

So far I cannot say the best but just good enough....I have 3 properties sa pinas and yung 2 lang ang may income....cause yung isa eh pinatira ko ang ate ko dun. Here in Aus. We invest cash na may interest na 10% per annum. For 6 years ng nakaupo dun eh malaki laki na rin ang kinita nun. Still in the plan pa rin akong magtayo ng buss sa Pinas (lahat naman ng kita sa pinas eh sa family ko sa pinas napupunta).
