nagkaron ka na ba ng client ng wala ng bukam bibig kung hindi
  "... baka po hindi nyo ipadala.."
   "... paano po ako makakasiguro na..."
    ".. talaga po bang..."
      " ..ano pong no. sa LBC branch na pag dadalhan nyo..."
         "... siguro po ba kayo..."

.. mabuti na lang at mapag timpi ako at mapag pasensya talaga kaya nasasagot ko pa din siya ng maayos

ako man po ay seller din at madalas po ang ganyang usapan at salita ng mga buyers.gusto lang po nila makasigurado na yung pera nila eh di ma didispalko lalo na at di naman kakilala personally or worse,first timer sa online selling.(considering na madaming di mapagkakatiwalaan sa panahon ngayon,its totally understandable)

 it will definitely take time for them to adjusta nd adopt how it goes pagdating sa ganitong transaction.we can always make them feel safe and provide assurance for them to trust us a lot more next time around.i always try to make them come back for more.

ok lang naman-- i perfectly understand.. pero yung 3,4 5 times sinasabi sa yo yun...and 3 4, 5 times ka na din nag e-explain-- same client ha.

oo andaming ganyang buyer. matyaga naman akong sumagot. itong kaninang naginquire lang sa akin ang talagang hindi ko matiis. 10x ko ng sinagot paulit ulit nyang mga tanong. kung geniune ba ang item, anong assurance na ipapadala ko. etc. ngayon nanaman bibili na daw siya ganun nanaman tinatanong. hays, naubusan na ako ng stocks sabi ko. haha.

Pag ganyang usapan na shipping ang item, isa lang lagi ang sagot ko sa buyer "Hindi po kami scammer at nanloloko lang, kayo lang po ang makakapagdecide niyan kung bibili kayo o hindi, basta SOP na magdeposit muna sa bank bago padala ang item." Ganyan din pag costly ang item yung around 40K plus nag-rerequire naman kami ng deposit. Bahala na ang buyer kung bibili sila o hindi basta ako sumasagot ako sa lahat ng tanong nila ng maayos.

it is natural for a new customer to say those words dahil di ka kilala as a seller,what I am pissed of ay ang isang buyer na alam ko namang seller din ay sobra magdiskompyado na dinadaya sa pera,I know one here but I won't mention he he.Kung once ok lang,but pag paulit ulit with the same question,yun na ang annoying.

di naman po natin sila masisisi dahil sa dami ng scammers na lumalabas. sa dami ng kumakapit sa mga kalokohan at patalim at gumagamit ng kung anu anong isyu kumita lang ng pera.

pero me mga mapagtiwala pa rin naman.

haba lang ng pasensiya talaga ang kailangan, tiyaga ang pang unawa pa..

Agree with the observation of joshdavid. Amusing and frustrating sometimes! Also, it is not good to be too trusting pero for a small amount (o kahit malaki pa) ang pinag uusapan, we do not want to risk our  reputation para makapanloko regardless of the circumstances. As a sulit seller, ang no.1 consideration lagi ay customer satisfaction!
