naka encounter napo ba kayo ng ganito sa tinagal tagal naming pag uusap at transactiones,,,ang pakilala niya sa akin vilma..nagka ayos  kami mag babayaran na lag base po siya sa ibang bansa...meron siya representative dito sa pinas...in short nagmit kami ng representative okei na..magbabayaran na kami...si client ayaw na mag bigay ng info ayaw at sabi nung representative niya hindi daw yun yung name nung client iba at ayaw daw ipalagay kung saan nag wowork in china how much yung salary...paano daw yung binayad nila nagagalit siya dapat daw kung ayaw magbigay ng info igalang yun tutal kaya naman daw niya magbayad...eh hindi nga pde kasi kailangan ang mga infos na yun to transfer ng mga documents under her name..

Kung legalities dapat talaga real name like properties, pero kung personal products lang ok basta kaliwaan. Some of my clients do give other name but when paying, they give their real name so I can send the items to their residency.

What's wrong..?    This is wrong.    If anybody is selling that requires Deed of Sale,   All information must be properly filled up into the documents, weather it's cash or installment,  before you can notarized any documents.   There are proper procedures and documents trail and those are to protect the buyer and the seller....

Well....In a way,   Tama ka diyan.    When somebody is buying Property anywhere,   you have to follow Documents Trail and Procedures....   This is about Capital Gains Taxes,   Nationality of buyers,  Full names,  mailing address,  etc. etc.     and there should not be any short cutting.

The question is, workable ba yung magiging transaction if she uses another name, is there any liability that will rise upon the seller if she did not obtain full information of the buyer? Dapat clear ang motives at reasonable, may mga tao kasi na super magprotect ng identity lalo na yung mga aliens who are afraid of too much publicity! Its their way of feeling secured and protected, pero kung yung identity disclosure is very important and material to the contract, then there is no way to pursue unless pumayag syang magpa disclose ng true identity!

Mahirap po na may blanko ang any legality,para rin po yan sa proteksyon ng bawat party na naka indicate ang real name.Paano kung bogus ang seller or buyer, pwede ilagay kahit anong pangalan.

Yes.... there are some who does that...  They want to protect their personal informations while they canvass the deal.... but once they are sure to go into that deal,  they give up their true identity... it is because, it doesn't make sense giving your personal info to everyone at wala naman palang mangyayari.... ako man ginagawa ko rin iyan...

naglabas na siya ng pera parang nanghihinayang lang ako sa binayad niya...kaya sana gusto ituloy niya...but since parang hindi naman ganun ka impoertante yung pera sa kanya di sge hehehehe ang akin lang naman i want to give her my best service

Sabihin mo sa buyer mo na ikaw na ang trustee nya, put the property under your name and then entrust mo sa office, kaya name mo lang ang gamit nya, but she is the legal owner ng property. Ganoon lang yon.

Why would you let other people use your name....?  there are inflications involve when you do that.... I don't think this is correct...
