2. Download and fill up the registration form below.

3. Submit your entry to promos@sulit.com.ph. Don’t forget to put “Gas for Dads” in the subject line.
4. Wait until you get a call or email from MyFreeGas.

REWARD:

The first Fifty (50) Sulit Dads to complete the requirements and pass the screening will be eligible to receive P1000 worth of free Caltex gasoline, every 30 days, for 2 months

CONDITION:

1. The company website, in a form of a sticker, will be applied on the rear windshield of the vehicle
2. The 1,000 worth of free gas monthly will only be given if the participant of the free gas promo is able to run his vehicle a minimum of 300Kilometers after 30days
3. Failure to do so, will forfeit your reward

ONCE YOU GET A CALL OR EMAIL FROM MYFREEGAS, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Go to a Rapide auto shop nearest you.
2. Show your confirmation letter or serial code.
3. Have your sticker installed.
4. Have a picture of your dashboard, plate number and car pictures taken.
5. Return after 30 days; receive your 1,000 PHP gas coupon.
