| Idea naman dyan. Parang sa tingin ko kasi ay simple lang kaso Try nyo po ito para di mahirapan. lahat same Grams, 250grams of butter, 250grams ofsugar, 250grams of eggs ,250grams of sifted all purpose flour, 250grams of mash banana well ripe, i mash using tinidor. (di tayo gagamit ng baking powder ) Procedure, Beat the first ingridients using electric mixer, butter until whitens using hand mixer, add sugar gradually.pag whiten na un mixture at creamy na wala ng buong sugar.(well beaten is okay no problem) yung egg naman.. ito ang tecniquie na dapat ingatan, add gradually po ang egg. as in pa konti konti lang talaga while beating using hand mixer,well beaten is not a problem again..hehe kase pag add nyo ng marami egg ,mag bubuo yung mixtures. pag na well beaten na lahat. add the sifted all purpose flour,the Techinquie is USING SPATULA!!, pag half mixed na ang Flour add nyo na poh ang banana..(para di ma over mix yung poh ang tech ko kaya habang half mix yung arina,doon natin lalagay ang mash Banana then mix nyo na hanggang mawala na yung arina.diba nice timing di sya ma over mix. Pag meron kayong Pound Cake Mold, Brush nyo ng Butter or shortening,pwde rin lagyan nyo ng wax paper, para di kayo mahiripan sa pag alis ng Banana cake. dont forget to preheat your oven 180`degrees bake 25mins or insert a tootpick sa gitna. pag wet pa poh ang toothpick di pa luto.. Oven Temperature is very important. Pag na bake na remove nyo na sa mold..brush nyo ng syrup para moise moise ang cake nyo. ayan meron na kayong banana cake. French style baking walang baking powder. |

| meron pang isang tecnique na gumagamit ng baking powder. mas madali rin yung all you have to do mix all the ingredient pero masarap itong recipes na ito. you can used this recipes too sa carrot cakes,butter cake.  Iniisip ko kasi na subukan na magluto. Actually kanin at puro nilaga prito ang alam kong luto. Naisip ko itong banana cake medyo simple lang... Thanks balitaan kita pag successful |

| gamitin mong saging yung over riped para matamis ang banana cake, lagyan mo rin ng banana extract para mas mabango. iyan naalala ko sa baking class. Thanks sa share Maam annie no prob.. glad to help ... ay ano pa pala... yung eggs mo, haluan mo po ng vanilla before you beat :) |
