im already 18 years old pero yung katawan ko parang pang 12 years ol. pwede pa ba o may paraan para lumaki pa ang kaha ng katawan ko? napansin ko kasi ang liliit ng buto buto ko. parang pang bata

Try mo po yung mga natural exercise. Tulad ng Push up, Seat Up, streching at kung ano ano pa. Hanggat maari, huag mong palakihin ang katawan mo dahil sa pagbubuhat. Dahil kapag tinigil mo yan, tigil din ang laki ng katawan mo.

u cant...nasa genes mona yung bone structure mo,,pwede ka magmukha malapad by proper program sa gym,,yung muscle mo papalaparin,,

Pwede pa yan.

Naalala ko nung high school pa lang ako, sabi nung isa ko uncle malabo na daw lumaki katawan namin dahil sobra payat namin nun.

Pero ngayon medyo lumobo na ko at medyo lumapad ang mga buto ko.

Bumagat siguro metabolism ko at malakas ako kumain.

Di mo nga akalain yung katawan ko dati e magkakaroon ng laman ngayon, as in sobra payat ko nun.

Maski college ako ganun din, payatot nga tawag sa akin nun.

Kaya kung ako sayo ienjoy muna katawan mo habang payat ka pa, dahil pagbumagal na metabolism mo, dun ka magstart lumobo.

di ko po sure kung pwede palakihin ang but, ang alam ko lang eh pwede ito patibayin. hehe! pwede mo palakihin ang kaha mo by carbo loading, gym & increasing your protein in-take...

mag gym ka, more on protein, also calcium baka hindi makayanan ng buto mo pag bumigat ang muscles mo.. pwede kaya yun?

wala ka nang pag-asa tol, ganyan na talaga ang buto genes ika nga,. tanggapin mo na lang kung ano meron ka..
