| Try mo po yung mga natural exercise. Tulad ng Push up, Seat Up, streching at kung ano ano pa. Hanggat maari, huag mong palakihin ang katawan mo dahil sa pagbubuhat. Dahil kapag tinigil mo yan, tigil din ang laki ng katawan mo. |

Naalala ko nung high school pa lang ako, sabi nung isa ko uncle malabo na daw lumaki katawan namin dahil sobra payat namin nun.
Pero ngayon medyo lumobo na ko at medyo lumapad ang mga buto ko.
Bumagat siguro metabolism ko at malakas ako kumain.
Di mo nga akalain yung katawan ko dati e magkakaroon ng laman ngayon, as in sobra payat ko nun.
Maski college ako ganun din, payatot nga tawag sa akin nun.
Kaya kung ako sayo ienjoy muna katawan mo habang payat ka pa, dahil pagbumagal na metabolism mo, dun ka magstart lumobo. |
