From property ... To Money Philippines

From 2008 onwards, we never expected that we would be part of the recession. We closed our company, we sold our house for a low price just to keep up with the expenses and some debts, we also did sold the vehicles. Its like everything plummeted before our very own eyes. 

We now rent a house and commute from one place to another. Well we are still trying to live in this down economy. Before the start of the year (2010), we are completely out of cash, can't sell any property to pay up the whole debt. Banks are calling us left and right, its like we would receive a call asking us to pay up every 10 minutes. We are losing hope at that time. 

Then unexpectedly, by first week of January, I received a call from someone who is interested to buy one of the remaining properties that we have, they are eager to purchase it and when I asked them which site did they see my ad, and they did say at sulit.com.ph and I was like wow, I never expected that posting an ad here is that effective. They agreed to purchase the property at our asking price. From the moment the buyer called us, it only took several days to finish the transaction. We are now starting over. Back to zero if you must say. And we are thankful for sulit by helping us sell our property at the very moment that we need it.
