Improved BDO Payment Option

As we've posted before when we released our automated Paypal and GCash payment options for Sulit Gold, we are always thinking of new ways to make purchasing Sulit Gold easier for our users.  And now, we are excited to announce the release of an improved payment option for BDO.

BDO payment channel is our most popular payment option but there was one step that many users forgot to do when paying through BDO.  And that step is to submit the payment details to Sulit.com.ph.  We worked closely with BDO to solve this problem and the solution is to remove the need for the last step which makes it easier for our users.

Procedure before:

1. Buy SG
2. Deposit payment to any BDO Branch
3. Submit payment details to Sulit.com.ph
4. Manual processing by our team within 2 business days
5. Receive SG to your account

Procedure NOW:

1. Buy SG
2. Pay through any BDO Branch
3. Receive SG to your account the next business day (automatically)

Sulit.com.ph is now part of the bills payment platform of BDO and all you need to do is to use BDO's Payment Slip (not the normal deposit slip) and indicate the details that our system will give you.  Once you made your payment using BDO's Payment Slip, the corresponding SG will be automatically credited to your Sulit.com.ph account the next business day.

NOTE: If you made a payment using the OLD procedure (using the normal deposit slip) and you have not submitted the payment details yet, please submit a support ticket to us indicating the payment details.  For future payments, use the new procedure for faster processing of your transaction.

New Payment Options

And to make payments for Sulit Gold a lot easier, we have added 3 new payment options that you can use.

Unionbank

Steps:

1. Click on the button that says Buy SG
2. Indicate the amount
3. On the Payment Module choose Unionbank as your payment processor
4. Go to any Unionbank Branch and secure a bills payment slip.
5. On the Unionbank bills payment slip, write the amount, company/institution and reference number as indicated below and submit to the cashier to complete the payment.
6. Once made, your payment will be processed within 2 business days.

LBC

Steps:

1. Click on the button that says Buy SG
2. Indicate the amount
3. On the Payment Module choose LBC as your payment processor
4. Take note of the 10 digit reference number and the email address for the account
5. Go to any LBC branch and provide the reference number and the email address
6. Pay over the counter
7. Sulit receives the amount and SG is credited to your account once processed

ePoints

Steps:

For Mobius Online Members:

1. Provide your Mobius username and password on the succeeding page.
2. Review and confirm your payment. Once everything is correct, click on the Buy Now button.

For Non Mobius Online Members:

1. Click the "Non-Member" link on the upper right side of the succeeding page (Mobius Online payment portal).
2. Provide the serial number and pin of the Mobius ePoints you would like to use for the payment.
3. Review and confirm your payment. Once everything is correct, click on the Buy Now button.

NOTE: Please be advised that we have already removed SmartMoney as one of our payment options because of the continuous problems that we are experiencing using this payment channel (i.e. SMS payment notifications not being sent to us).  These problems resulted to a lot of unhappy and frustrated Sulitizens and a lot of lost time for our team trying to verify payments one by one through their customer support on a daily basis.  We apologize for this inconvenience but we highly recommend to use any of the automated payment options above.
