| aside from money kailangan natin ng most of our effort and time sa isang business. as i suggested before try nyo din ang condo tel na less worries... yung bang maghihintay ka na lang ng shares nyo every year... less expenses pagdating sa maintenance at yung pwede nyo ding gamitin with families or friends kapag nagbabakasyon kayo sa Pilipinas. Yung place ay malapit lang sa Manila, sa airport. |

how can a fuel additive help you save gas? most big campanies like shell and petron already have vpower and blaze which have fuel additives into them to help clean your engine. but fuel consumption is on the grey area kasi depende to sa driving style and condition

I would recommend investing in rental properties with a very good standing. You can buy rental properties and rent it to tenants. Making money with rental properties is very simple but not easy. There are only a few who make it big with rental properties and the reason why it is only few is that only few of those investors do their due diligence before investing in real estate. This is the reason why even though rental properties are profitable, anybody can lose money or even a fortune without the financial knowledge to manage this kind of investment. This is actually true to all investment vehicles like stocks, real estate, gold, and businesses. Therefore, the best business for you is the one that you can have control. As an OFW, how about starting an online business - it is a kind of business where you can have full control and you determine how much you would like to earn. The best thing here is that you can do this business anywhere you go as long as you connect to the internet. A lot of online earners who are ordinary guys like me are benefiting a lot from doing this kind of business. I would highly recommend it too. |

depende po siguro sa puhunan na kaya nating ipasok sa business. OFW ang husband ko at nandito rin ako sa Qatar. may laundry business na may kasamang globe, smart at sun reloading at rental property kami sa pinas. although kakasimula pa lang ng rental biz, sa tingin ko mag madali itong i-monitor at i-manage. collection of payment at maintenance lang ang kailangan mo dito.

Lagi siyang na feature sa mga TV program tungkol nga sa mga buhay OFW. Ang galing nga nito. Ang naaalala kong laging nafe-feature ay yung kabayang nag-waiter sa GCC hanggang sa naging manager at nagkaroon ng sariling restaurant sa Pinas. He started almost from nothing at naglalako pa siya ng food noon - ngayon Five Star na yata yung kanyang restaurant sa manila. Naisip ko sana kasi ay merchandizing kaso ay mahirap makakuha ng product na ime-merchandize mo kung nasa ibang bansa ka (lalo kung nasa Saudi Arabia). Yung mga product naman dito ay mahal kaya di ideal na iangkat sa Pinas. Bawal naman kapag cellphones (mura kasi dito and cellphones) ang iangkat ko sa atin. Ang dami kong naiisip, isa nga rin sa gusto ko ay ay local travel agency lang. Kaya lang tingin ko ang dami ko pang kakaining bigas para doon at di ko pa alam ang pasikot-sikot sa larangan nito. Ano pa kaya? Maganda rin pala yung mungkahi mong real estate @traveller, kaso wala pang gaanong ipon para jan. Nakabili ako ng lupa pero walang bahay hehe!. At yes, yung time deposit ay isa sa naging option naman noon pa man kahit maliit ang return. Meron na kami actually na time deposit kaso ay di na namin naa-update. Hopefully pag-bakasyon ay dadagdagan namin ito.
kung long term po, suggetsion ko mas maganda ang earnings ng mutual fund kaysa sa time deposit. try nyo rin po search.
yong nabili nyo pong lupa, saan bang lugar yan..baka pwedeng pagkakitaan habang di pa natatayuan ng bahay, parentahan muna as garahe or baka pwedeng taniman ng fruit bearing trees. suggestions lang naman po. :-) View message logs

| mahirap magbusiness kung wala ka naman unless puro online business mo. suggestion ko, ilagay mo na lang sa mutual funds yan at siguradong tutubo pa yan. wala ka pang problem na maghandle. |
