Tips When Embedding an Order Form
  1. Do not forget a field for Contact Details (either mobile number, landline number or email address; better to ask for all)
  2. When asking information requiring long text input, use "Paragraph Text" as Question Type instead of just "Text" so that a larger text area will be displayed instead of a one line textbox.
  3. When using the embed code, adjust the height value so that there will be NO vertical scrollbar that will be displayed (trial and error).  The user might miss the Submit button if the entire form is not fully displayed.  Here is a sample order form embed code with the corresponding height value:

    <iframe src="https://spreadsheets2.google.com/embeddedform?formkey=dENzOG0yMExfTTduMlRXXzRReGtpckE6MQ" width="760" height="1000" frameborder="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0">Loading...</iframe>

  4. Avoid asking too much information that is not really required.  The shortest form that you can create but with enough information for you to process the order is the best.  Remember that form conversion is inversely proportional to the length of the form.  The longer the form, the lower the conversion or lesser the user to fill it up and submit (i.e. less potential sales)
  5. Use "Select from a list" ONLY IF there is a fixed set of options.  If you are expecting that the user can have an answer that is not among the available options, use "Multiple choice" and add "Other" field.
  6. Remember, it is easier to click on options than to type the answer.  So if you can provide options, use "Select from a list" or "Multiple choice" field.  The easier for the user to fill up the form, the higher the conversion.

Wow, okay po ito. Improving talaga ang Sulit. :)

Ask ko lang po, pwede na rin po ba kami mag lagay ng email opt-in form sa ads namin? Like newsletter subscription form? Allowed na po ba ang javascript na ginagamit namin sa paglalagay ng opt-in form?
